1.I arrive early, can I check in before 1 p.m.?

If the room is ready, you can do an early check-in.

2.Can I keep the room after 11 a.m. on the day of departure?

Of course, subject to reservation and availability (paid service).

Check in from 3 p.m. check out by 11 a.m.

Services

1.I leave early in the morning, can I have breakfast before 7.30 am or have a breakfast bag?

2.I am coeliac, do you have gluten-free products?

We are not specialised but we do have some packaged gluten-free products.

3.Do you have parking? How much does it cost?

We have our own car park just 500m away free of charge, internally we have a few parking spaces available, the cost is euro 15 per day. Reservation is preferable.

4.Can animals stay with me in the hotel?

We love all four-legged friends and they are welcome. The extra charge is euro 10 per day for sanitation.

5.Can I have lunch and dinner at the hotel?

The Match does not have a restaurant service, but don’t worry, ask with us at reception and we will give you a list of all the best restaurants in Cervia chosen by us and if you really don’t want to leave our hotel, we are Delivery friendly, so you can easily order by delivery and have lunch/dinner in our communal areas while enjoying drinks from our Honesty Bar.

6.Until what time is breakfast served?

Our XXL breakfast is served until 12 noon

7.Is there wifi in the hotel?

YES is present in all common areas and also in the room, it is super fast

8.Is the Gaming Room accessible at any time of the day ?

Yes, the Gaming room is open 24 hours a day, you can play gaming PCs or Play5 at any time you want.

9.Do you have a bar?

Yes we have our Honesty bar, we trust our customers. Take what you want on your own, write it on the cards on the counter so we can charge it in the room.
